We are a sex worker run, community owned, percentage profit share event production company that organizes and hosts events to raise funds for orgs, provides mental health, body care, and community spaces to sex workers and allies, and works to develop fair payment structures that address and combat labor rights abuses and discrimination perpetrated in the club and nightlife industries while taking into account the unique needs of workers in these fields.
We are best known for our Venus Lounge, but our repertoire has also included a variety of other events including the Luna Dance party, Immersive Strip Theater, SW Spa Nights, Erotic Gallery, and Late Night Events as well as private Birthday, Bachelor/Bachelorette and After Parties! Our goals include building community, raising awareness for issues faced by people working in the Nightlife and Adult Industries and experimenting with payment systems fiscally empower rather than exploit those who make their living in these fields. We believe that all of us deserve safe spaces to work, protection from criminalization, fair compensation for our skills and labor and a right to access the skills and training that it takes to advance in these industries.
We are committed to providing tools to help our team members grow professionally and financially in whatever means of making a living they pursue by providing training and experience in new areas, facilitating networking opportunities within our community, and offering resources to folks looking to start new businesses of their own. We also donate 10% of our profits to the Lysistrata Mutual Care Collective and Emergency Fund!
